a pretty little valentine's outfit

Dressing up is one of my favorite things. There's something so lovely about pulling on tights and slipping a swishy, ruffly dress on; putting on earrings and spritzing perfume on your neck. This is a little valentine's outfit I've put together -- a pretty dress with a simple updo and a cateye is perfect for the big day.
