mid-season style.

We've been enjoying warm weather lately, and have even had a few days even into the seventies. It's been nice enough to even wear flats without my toes freezing. The other day, I pulled out my peep-toed wedges and my favorite pair of skinnies. When it's hot and sunny, I like to simplify -- less accessorizing and more single layered pieces. Since it was in the mid-fifties to sixties, it wasn't warm enough to justify shorts, so I grabbed my favorite jeans. Paired with a flowy (my own word, thankyouverymuch) floral top, I wiggled into my wedges to complete the look. What can I say? I'm itching for summer.

    love your shoes Hannah! and you are sooo pretty. and yes, I can definitely say I'm long for summer. just yesterday I wore a skirt without tights to church with my favorite heels and then ran around barefoot in the grass afterwards with the little kiddos (the itchy legs afterwards from my grass allergy (which I forgot about, whoops!) was totally worth it). It's the little things, right?

    I looked at the first photo of your shoes and thought to myself, "I have those, too!" I got mine last summer for my cousin's wedding and I don't wear them too often because they slip off easily, but I do think they're really cute. =)

    Love the shoes and blouse. It has been so hard to dress the past few weeks as it keeps going between 40s and 70s. I've just been sticking to layers and outfits I can put a sweater over if need be :)
